Moultings - Voiceover (EN)

In this course, you will create a large-scale material painting. You will build up the work layer by layer with various applications and pours. Wet in wet pours with coffee, acrylic emulsion, shellac and stains create an exciting underpainting. Then warm glue mixed with marble powder is used.

The chemical reactions that happen in the individual applications are unpredictable and offer great surprises. The resulting flaking, cracks and grooves, wrinkled and crinkled surfaces remind the viewer of processes in nature.

Note: You should allow two days for this painting. Longer drying times are necessary due to the pours. With basic exercises possibly a little more.
